My work is built on lived experience as much as professional training. In 2016, I began navigating my own chronic health diagnosis - a time that left me feeling depleted, disconnected and searching for something that could truly support my body, not just push through it.

That experience changed the way I understand health, healing and the nervous system. It led me to this work - not just as a practitioner, but as someone who deeply understands how it feels to live in a body that doesn’t feel safe or steady.

Alongside my own journey, I’ve trained with respected practitioners in this field, bringing together approaches that gently support real change.

Through breath and body-based practices, I help you regulate your nervous system, restore balance and feel more like yourself again - at a pace that works for your body.
