“Our pain doesn’t end when we begin to love ourselves again. Allow yourself to be free. To feel. To sour. To heal…… . Your pain is your power.I wanted to put in to words just what this experience on 29th June gave me but I’m struggling with just how to describe it!What I do know though is that up until this day I had spent 10.5 weeks, 75 days, in a whole world of pain. 75 days which were spent trying to figure out how to feel, what to feel and how to be after the sudden and tragic loss of my best friend. I had terrible sleep most nights, zero appetite and found myself protecting myself from people and emotions aka ignoring the world because I just had no patience! But this experience just changed all of that for me. It was like a light switch had been flicked, or perhaps a circuit breaker initiated. Whatever it was….. it was POWERFUL. The following day, 30th June was the first day in 76 days where I could actually concentrate. I was so productive! I ate, I felt lighter, I slept and I sat with an unbelievable stillness and calm within. I had been reset. Now grief isn’t something we just switch off, it’s something that stays with us forever, but what you have provided me with are tools to help me embrace it, feel it and release it. I never knew work would be so powerful and I truly believe the 29th June was the day my hearts pieces started to be put back together. It gave me permission to feel. Permission to be. It gave me the courage to lean in to my grief even more. I don’t know what happened that day, but I know it changed me and I want to thank you both for giving me that ❤️"

“The retreat I attended last week was such a gorgeous day.Anna opened her beautiful home to us and welcomed us with open arms, literally telling us to just make ourselves completely at home. I’d never met any of these people before and everyone was so lovely, kind and nurturing. The weather was amazing and so were we in the stunning garden. Kev from Breathevolution talked to us about the breath so we had a greater understanding about why we were doing what we were doing and they were both super supportive especially in the water and held space beautifully. I felt in extremely safe hands. We did breathwork, cold dips and sound therapy, all amazing. I’m definitely going back again, loved it 🥰 And I have to add …. Anna’s Food was simply delicious 😋”

“I contacted Anna as I had fallen into the bad habit of mouth breathing and was having problems with low energy levels and lack of good quality sleep as well as other symptoms detrimental to good health and well being, I was driving my wife to distraction and to the spare room due to the noise level of my snoring which is also a side effect of mouth breathing. After booking a session with Anna i feel my breath has improved 100% she recommended some great supplements and went through some simple breathing exercises which improved my breathing immediately. I was then tasked with a new routine which is where the responsibility moves to the individual / myself to continue to break this bad habit. I have told all my friends and anyone else who will listen how much this has changed my life! Anna is also a very honest and sincere individual and checks ip and updates me at no cost to myself, i am however going to book another appointment as a refresher and hope to stay in touch with Anna for the foreseeable future”

"I attended Anna’s ‘Pause with me in 2023’ complementary sessions which she held via zoom throughout January. Anna covered, in detail, a variety of topics from breathwork, cold water therapy, functional breathing, mouth taping, journaling/flow writing, mini guided meditations and how to create achievable and sustainable healthy habits. These session’s were extremely valuable and insightful. Anna held a safe space for all who attended to be vulnerable and, really be themselves, without judgement. Anna is a great listener, supportive and all round gorgeous human. I can’t thank you enough"

"Just finished Anna’s ‘Pausing with me into 2023’ online course, and it was wonderful…So much wisdom, good energy and information about a whole host of things from breath work, cold water therapy to sleep and journaling, and there’s always lots of laughter and an open, safe space to ask questions and for discussion. The four week course certainly helped me to move more gently and compassionately into the new year. I looked forward to the hour every Wednesday evening, and the meditation each week to end our session was so beautiful and calming. Can highly recommend Anna, she’s amazing, authentic and really knows her stuff! Thank you for creating, leading and sharing such an enlightening course! ✨❤️"

"Anna, what an amazing experience you gave me. I can't thank you enough. It was so incredible to learn how to control my breathing and enable me to stay in tat freezing water. I feel so empowered and have learnt that I can control my mind, that was literally screaming at me to get out, just by breathing. I learnt a big lesson, that I now plan to use in many ways, when I feel out of control. What a gift. So much love and gratitude.
