THE ICE WATER EXPERIENCE
Private in person 1-2-1, 2 hour session, including breathwork and an introduction to Cold Water Immersion.

The ice bath experience, sometimes referred to as, cold water immersion or cold hydrotherapy, offers so many more benefits than just muscle recovery.
With proven breath techniques both before and during your time in the tub, the ice bath experience is renowned for boosting mental health, improving your sleep, as well as boost your immunity!
The first round of breathing techniques includes breath retentions to maximise the oxygen absorption before entering the ice bath.
The last round of breathing is designed to nurture and calm, body and mind…
These sessions take place in the natural setting at the bottom of my garden where I have a beautiful studio, along with seating, blankets and fire pits outside, where we’ll get the body moving after your immersion and enjoy a warm drink and healthy snack enjoying warm drinks and of course, getting in to warm comfortable clothes.
This mini retreat will leave you feeling more connected with nature, invigorated and give you more awareness of your breathing patterns
