These sessions are specifically for children with asthma, but more recently have helped anyone who is suffering from symptoms of Covid. These sessions are 90 mins in duration providing parent and child with the knowledge of exercises that can be used daily to vastly improve asthma symptoms and support recovery of long Covid.
Note : Please bring your child's inhalers and other asthma medication with you on the day.
